I think that the charm and chain are both very good but my name was spelled incorrectly. They use a pronunciation tool instead of a spelling tool. This chain says Tuan which is the pronunciation of my name but not the spelling. Just make sure you respond to the email they send you before they manufacture your name to sort out any issues.
